  21. The MUI prefs program correctly reports MUI 3.2 on my machine.  I also
  22. have no problems whatsoever starting it from WB *or* from within MUI apps. 
  23. Did you install it with the install script or do it manually?  The install
  24. script is set up to rename the MUI 3.1 (or older) version and do a
  25. completely new install (except for prefs files), unlike the installation
  26. with older versions, which could be accomplished simply by unarchiving the
  27. new version right on top of the old one.
